On behalf of our Metropolitan and our entire TCI Leadership Team, we are happy to announce again to you that our Metropolis of Boston's Thriving Congregations Initiative (TCI) is partnering with Effective Christian Ministry (ECM) to elevate and transform the youth ministries of the parishes of the Metropolis.
YOUR PARISH IS INVITED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS MOST GENEROUS OFFER!
Our Metropolis is covering the FULL cost of the program for any parish that:
AND participates in a Metropolis-hosted event to discuss shared learning and implementation.
In addition to having the cost of the program covered, parishes that complete the steps above will ALSO be eligible to submit proposals for additional microgrant funding toward youth ministry projects in their parishes.

Effective Christian Ministry (ECM) combines the timeless wisdom of the Church with current research on faith formation to equip people to identify the 5 needs in the lives of young people, address the 5 challenges they face today, and implement the 5 practices that help to form faithful Orthodox Christians. ECM provides multiple levels of training for anyone who wants to lead young people to Christ – including ministry leaders, parents, clergy, youth workers, and teachers.
ECM is a ministry of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese’s Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries (Y2AM).
